This download includes the latest version of the 440A BTR firmware (BTR processor operating software) as well as the utilities required to transfer the update from your computer to the BTR.
This update is a self-installing package. Please open the file on the target computer and follow the on-screen instructions and prompts.
Installing the update on your computer is the first step in the firmware update process. After the update is installed on the computer, please start the Dostek DNC Navigator application, choose the '440A BTR' tab and click the 'Firmware Update' link.

Improper installation of the 440A BTR firmware update can render your BTR inoperable, requiring return to Dostek for reprogramming. A firmware update should be executed only when absolutely necessary and with the guidance of Dostek technical support. If your computer has a high-speed internet connection (or you can connect the BTR to one that does), Dostek will gladly perform the firmware update for you remotely at no charge.As a precaution against the risk involved and to ensure that you receive the necessary instruction prior to attempting the firmware update, a password is required to access this download. Please contact Dostek to obtain the password.
