PAYMENT METHODS
Dostek accepts payment by the following methods:
Corporate purchase order.
Subject to prior credit approval by Dostek.
Visa and Mastercard.
Order by telephone or fax using your credit card.
For your security, Dostek does not electronically store credit card information.
Credit card payment may not be available for some orders shipped outside USA and Canada.
PayPal.
PayPal™ online payments are easy and secure. A PayPal account is not required.
You receive a PayPal invoice by email, and pay online. You can fund your purchase
using your credit card, bank account, or PayPal balance. PayPal accepts Visa,
Mastercard, Discover and American Express (excluding some Amex corporate cards).
Bank Funds Transfer.
Interbank wire payment is available for orders delivered outside USA and Canada.
SHIPPING
Dostek ships with UPS. For shipments to continental USA and Canada:
- Software: UPS ground (2 to 5 days): $15
- Behind-the-Tape Reader (BTR): UPS next-day air: $30

RETURNS/REFUNDS
All sales are final. However, returns and refunds are considered if warranted. To ensure your purchase is suitable for your application:

Before returning a product, contact Dostek for authorization and shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns are not accepted. A restocking fee may apply.
