The Dostek DNC software updates available on this page are intended for registered
customers with a current Priority Technical Support subscription. A free one-year
Priority Support subscription is included with your Dostek DNC software purchase
(except Lite Edition: 90 days only). If you wish to download software updates after
your free subscription period, you must renew your subscription.
Check Your Support Expiry Date
Please ensure that your current Priority Support Expiry date has not passed. Your
expiry date must be later than the Dostek DNC software release date (shown on the
following pages) to use the software update. UPDATES INSTALLED AFTER THE SUPPORT
EXPIRY DATE WILL REVERT YOUR SOFTWARE TO 'UNLICENSED' STATUS. Determine your Dostek DNC Priority
Support Expiry date and write it down. Choose 'Help', 'Support' from the menu of
any of the main Dostek DNC applications, or
contact Dostek.
Priority Support Password
Customers are no longer required to enter their Priority Support password to access
software downloads. While the password feature prevented customers from downloading
unauthorized updates that would not work with their software license key, many customers
experienced difficulty entering their password. Downloads are now easier to access,
but it is your responsibility to ensure that you are authorized to install updates
by verifying your Priority Support status.
